Fee Structure
DIAS Accreditation
Fees are directly related to the number of modalities you have in your practice [eg ultrasound, general x-ray, CT, Mammography] and the number of staff involved in the imaging.
Our invoice will combine the accreditors fee and our consulting fee. We will always provide you with a quote before we commence with the work. This will be the only fee you pay, and is due only when you are up and billing. We do not ask for upfront payment.
Our service is fully inclusive. We advise you what you need to do, collect what is needed, develop what is missing, answer any questions and submit your application. We just ask that you make yourself [or someone else] available at certain times so we can learn about your practice and update you with what needs to be done.
Your certificate and accreditation mark will then be sent out in the mail within a month of passing. Please get in contact with us if this does not arrive.
Please note that if you come to us and need your accreditation done very quickly as you have either forgotten you were due, had it buried in your inbox or lived in hope it would do it itself, then we may have to charge a ‘rush’ fee to get it done in time. In most cases, we can avoid any loss of billings or delays in cash flow.
Assorted Medicare Paperwork
We also offer to take care of all your time consuming paperwork such as LSPN amendments, transfers, provider numbers, bank detail amendments and addition of modalities. These are invoiced at an affordable hourly rate.
Management Service
We are also pleased to offer a management service for larger companies with multiple sites. If you find it difficult to find someone ‘enthusiastic’ and ‘competent’ enough within your business to manage your sites overall compliance we can help. In many cases our monthly retainer is a fraction of the cost [and smoother] than employing someone full time to take on the role. We can manage your ongoing staff registrations, state licences, compliance certificates, maintenance scheduling, radiation safety, accreditation submissions and your Medicare paperwork. We are also up to date with the latest changes in the industry and can advise you on Medicare related questions. You can relax in the knowledge you have one of the best accreditation experts taking care of your business.
Medicare Billing
We have a flat fee of 5% for our Medicare billing. This includes assistance with provider number and online billing paperwork for the practice site.
